The Heavy Paste must be diluted, Coconut Milk and Fresh Fruits, Vegetables can be added.  It can be consumed in the Morning as a Breakfast replacement or for a Dinner Replacement. You can add extra Protein if you choose. With Meditation you will be able to raise your Vibration to the Highest Level! Each Pouch has about four 8oz glasses of smoothie, after dilution it's best to keep smoothie in glass jars with lids, I've had many spilt by the kids! I suggest a 8 oz portion for adult Male and Female. When starting the regiment, I suggest 8oz in the Morning, you will experience cleaning of the Intestines and possible diarrhea since all the muck is being dissolved by the vitamin. This is a worst-case scenario, but you should know. Now that the Intestines are cleaned, the Body should absorb the vitamin for Ultimate Health.

Thaw the pouch and pour into the blender, depending on how large the blinder is. If a small one only use half the pouch with one can of coconut milk and 2.5 Bananas with 1 apple and whatever vegetable you would like to add. Make sure to blend thoroughly, if not you will have chunks in the Smoothie. I use a Ninja blender where you are able to mix a whole pouch with Coconut Milk, 5 Bananas and 2 Apples.
